It is a one-story office building on the right side of the street and is shared with Cherry Creek Pediatrics.
The parking lot is around back and the entrance you want to go through is on the right side of the building.

Kentucky runs along the south side of the Whole Foods and Home Depot that are on S. Colorado Blvd. Turn east onto Kentucky from
S. Colorado Blvd and my office will be about 4-5 blocks down on the right.
