Individual Therapy

Each person is unique. Therefore, I work collaboratively with individuals to look at their particular situation and help them overcome the problems facing them. I always welcome feedback so we can work together to find the solutions that are best for you.

People often come to therapy because they feel like something "just isn't right" or "could be better." At other times, the issue is more specific and pronounced. Either way, therapy is an active experience that gives you the chance to overcome and resolve these problems.
